Can anyone guess where we ate dinner tonight? If you are food network fan…I bet you figured it out!
We had a spectacular dinner at Em@erils New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas. They have an incredible menu with lots of great choices, but we decided on the Chef’s Tasting Menu…..6 courses paired with the perfect wine for each course……..I got through the second course and was already full, but I made sure to at least taste each course………the food was phenomenal!
If you are true food and wine freak like we are, you might be interested in this menu……if not, skip to the bottom!

Good god….I have never seen so much food in my life…..keep in mind they were smaller sized portions, but still it was a lot of food…..like I said, I at least tasted each course. I think it is safe to say, I won’t be eating too much tomorrow!
We had a great day….we woke up and had breakfast in our room, went down to the pool for a couple hours, Pat and I each had a massage, and then went to dinner. Pat is hitting the black jack tables as I type this…..I am hitting the sack.
Tune in for more fun and adventures tomorrow!
I have a ton of pictures, but this wireless is not cooperating….I might have to wait until I get home to post the rest!
